How To Do An AMAZING Core Workout From The Comfort Of Your Couch.

Yes you heard me right, from your COUCH.  Before you judge me -- I work crazy long hours, my day starts at 6am and doesn't end till I get home at 6pm, so the free time I do have, I like to unwind, particularly after work. 

I'm not even going to try and be modest, this workout is freaking amazing! I want to tell everyone about it. 

You get to watch Netflix and tone up at the same time!

Perfect after a long day, this workout will hit all the right muscles without getting you overly sweaty. 

Here's what you'll need:

  • 6-lb medicine ball (you can use any weight, dumbbell or just your bodyweight)
  • Timer
  • A couch (a stepper or bench would work, too)

If you decide to use a timer set 18 rounds of 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. Do the whole circuit 2-3 times and you've smashed it!
