Sometime people can linger in the land of negativity too long before they even notice the destructive effects on their life. 1. Don’t confuse quitting with letting go.
You don't have to feel guilty about removing toxic people, ideas, or beliefs, from your life. You don't have to make room for things that cause you pain or make you feel small. If it doesn't agree with you, have faith in your judgement. If it's a difficult relationship It's one thing if a person owns up to their behaviour and makes an effort to change, but if a person disregards your feelings, ignores your boundaries, and continues to treat you in a harmful way, it is time for them to go.
2. Don’t just have a good day – make a good day.
Chase your dreams and work to make them a reality because believe me it's the best feeling when you do. Even just small progress and working hard, pushing yourself to do your best produces the most amazing feelings. You can achieve what you want to. Remind yourself every morning that you are powerful beyond measure you are capable of pretty much anything you are willing to work for and that you could change your life today.
3. Let the past stay in the past.
Don't torment yourself wondering how they could not love your burning heart, you are not the star you thought you are, you are in fact the universe, and not everyone is an astronaut. Ever heard the phrase life is a learning curve? Well if you haven't, you have now. As long as you live and learn your on the right track.
4. Be grateful.
It really doesn't matter if your cup is half full or half empty, just be grateful that you have a cup and that there is something in it. You are literally are to blessed to be stressed and the more your realise this the more you will see the beauty of the world come to life. You should make a habit of counting your blessing its beautiful thing to have lungs that allow your to breathe and legs that allow you to climb mountains. Remember that.
5. We need times of great pain and sadness.
Lastly, it is important to trust your struggle and the timing of your life. Your journey has molded you for the greater good and it was exactly what it need to be at the time. It took each and every situation to be where you at now reading my blog and now is right on time. Bad things will happen but remember, storms don't last forever. See your problems as a potential source of awakening, and as opportunities to practice and learn.
