5 Ways To Exercise Without Feeling Like You're Exercising

When you say “But I don’t like exercising,” what you’re really saying is: “I don’t enjoy the particular type of exercise that I have in mind.”

So if you want to spare the gym expenses, or can’t stand the idea of sweating on a treadmill, refresh your perspective about exercising and check out my favourite ways to exercise that don’t even feel like exercise:

1. Hiking

Hiking, especially with friends or your partner –  You're too blessed to be stressed so go somewhere scenic and make a day of it. Hang out with your partner or friends and get some fresh air, it will do you all the world of good!

You can enjoy valuable bonding time out in the open, and learn things about one another that you might not have known before. Catch up talking about life or business in a relaxed environment whilst simultaneously embracing the beauty of nature.

Hiking also creates a great sense of adventure for everyone involved, which is good for your imagination and for your soul, so you can’t go wrong! Just be sure to take a fully charged mobile phone for emergencies incase you get lost!

2. Walking

No time to hike?  Go for a walk.  Even a 15-minute brisk walk with the dog is enough time to get close to a mile walked. I've spoke about lot's of ways you can kill two birds with one stone which can make your life a lot more simple and help you to get fit at the same time.

Don’t forget what it’s like to be a kid – it keeps you young. Roughhousing brings joy to children, and toughens them up to a healthy extent for later life. So don’t be one of those parents that flinches at the first sign of physical engagement between two kids, get stuck in have some fun with your children whilst you can.

4. Sex
