5 Ways To Exercise Without Feeling Like You're Exercising

When you say “But I don’t like exercising,” what you’re really saying is: “I don’t enjoy the particular type of exercise that I have in mind.”

My main goal at Nutrient Wise is to get you to enjoy exercise, find a way to do it every day, and combine that with making better decisions about the food you put in your body.

So if you want to spare the gym expenses, or can’t stand the idea of sweating on a treadmill, refresh your perspective about exercising and check out my favourite ways to exercise that don’t even feel like exercise:

1. Hiking

Hiking, especially with friends or your partner –  You're too blessed to be stressed so go somewhere scenic and make a day of it. Hang out with your partner or friends and get some fresh air, it will do you all the world of good!

You can enjoy valuable bonding time out in the open, and learn things about one another that you might not have known before. Catch up talking about life or business in a relaxed environment whilst simultaneously embracing the beauty of nature.

Hiking also creates a great sense of adventure for everyone involved, which is good for your imagination and for your soul, so you can’t go wrong! Just be sure to take a fully charged mobile phone for emergencies incase you get lost!

2. Walking

No time to hike?  Go for a walk.  Even a 15-minute brisk walk with the dog is enough time to get close to a mile walked. I've spoke about lot's of ways you can kill two birds with one stone which can make your life a lot more simple and help you to get fit at the same time.

There are also organic dietary supplements you can take that will help you to achieve your goals quicker such as our Garcinia Cambogia.  If you have a 30-minute meeting at work take a walking meeting instead. Research suggests that walking helps you to think and process ideas more clearly.

3. Roughhousing With Your Kids

I don’t have kids, but when I do, you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll be the dad out rolling around in the back garden with them.

Don’t forget what it’s like to be a kid – it keeps you young. Roughhousing brings joy to children, and toughens them up to a healthy extent for later life. So don’t be one of those parents that flinches at the first sign of physical engagement between two kids, get stuck in have some fun with your children whilst you can.

4. Sex

Yeah, that thing that couples do. Do more of that. Get healthy and have fun at the same time, along with our TeaGuru sex can help boost your mood and your immune system. Is your workload too high?

Sex is the perfect tension buster and can help you beat the stresses of 21st century living, so if you’ve had a hard day at work go home and take it out on your spouse in a more intimate and pleasurable way.

It’s an important part of any relationship and is great for burning calories. Your intimacy will also contribute to the improvement and quality of your bond. Good sex comes with acceptance and is good for your relationship in general, which in turn is great for your overall levels of happiness. Winner!

5. Cleaning

Urgh, nobody really likes to clean the house/apartment, it really should just clean itself. You never know, maybe one day ay?

In the meantime, make it fun and get busy doing your house chores by turning up the volume to your favourite tunes! Bounce around the house and get the cleaning done in record time.

Take some of our Acai Berries to give your metabolism that extra nudge and you’ll definitely feel accomplished knowing you’ve been burning some calories whilst creating a sparkling living space.

All of these activities are a great way to exercise without exercising. If you do them regularly you will be shedding some pounds in no time at all and our Hollywood Diet Drops can help you to do that in record time.
